COM 324 - Research Methods Capstone Credits: 3
This course focuses on the principles and techniques of research in the discipline of Communication Studies. Emphasis is placed on the ability to research literature and critique research designs. Both qualitative and quantitative methods will be covered. This course will also serve to fulfill students’ Capstone Project requirement, terminating with an oral research presentation before the Communication Studies faculty. Emphasis is placed on the ability to work independently and apply skills learned in previous Communication Studies classes to the final capstone research project.
