Laboratory experiments, which emphasize biochemical techniques used in isolation and characterization of macromolecules. Included in the course are various chromatographic techniques, electrophoresis, spectrophotometry, and classic biochemical methods.

Pre-Requisites or Co-Requisites: CHM 361 or permission of instructor.
