PHA 563 - Introduction to Public Health


Credits: 3

This course will evaluate public health trends and their impact on the future of healthcare delivery and health promotion practices.  This course will also describe the public health system, its impact on health care, local communities, and global communities.  We will work to describe the role of healthcare professionals in public health and to describe public health challenges in the future.

 

Pre-Requisites: PHA 564 or PHA 310 or permission of instructor.
