GEO 345 - Stratigraphy and Sedimentation

Credits: 4

The study of the Formation and interpretation of sedimentary systems, from sediment grains to depositional basins. Thecourse starts from the grain scale and moves up to basin and global scales.

Pre-Requisites: GEO 101  and GEO 103 , or permission of instructor.
Repeatable: May not be repeated for credit
Lecture: 3 hours per week
Lab: 3 hours per week
