LDR 202 - Organizational Design & Development Credits: 3
This course balances the study and practice of leading various organizational initiatives and processes. Study and practice themes and topics include organizational design, organizational development, leadership functions at various organizational levels; executive leadership; managerial leadership; decision making, delegating, leading to enhance organizational capability, organizational resilience, and social responsibility, and leading during crisis.
