The study of the meaning of the Constitution as interpreted by the Supreme Court. Analysis of the powers of the three branches of government and of the relations between the states and the federal government.

Pre-Requisites: PS 111 , PS 233 , or permission of instructor
Terms Offered: Spring semester in even-numbered years.
