The course is designed to provide an introductory practice experience at a P3 level in the areas of Medication Therapy Management (MTM)/clinical telepharmacy and Intergenerational (IG) patient care. The course fosters the development of knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed for pharmacy practice through practical application intel pharmacy patient care and community settings.
