PHA 335 - Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experience I

This course will provide introductory practice experience to students in the community setting. The course fosters the development of professionalism in an environment of practical application of knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Students will be faced with a variety of issues practical to community pharmacy. The student will take an independent learning approach under the supervision of a practicing community pharmacist. The course is two full-time weeks (90 hours) of experience.

Repeatable: May not be repeated for credit
Requirements: Successful completion of all required courses in the P-1 year or permission of instructor.
