ENV 321 - Hydrology


Credits: 3

A quantitative analysis of the physical elements and processes that constitute the hydrologic cycle. Topics include precipitation, infiltration, evaporation, runoff, streamflow, and ground water flow. Ground water modeling and advanced treatment of Darcy’s Law is presented within the context of migration of ground water pollutants.

Pre-Requisites: GEO 101 , MTH 111 , ENV 201  or MTH 150 .
Repeatable: May not be repeated for credit
Lecture: 3 hours per week
