EE 382 - Modern Communication Systems


Credits: 4

Fundamentals of analog and digital modulation, modeling random signals and noise in communication systems, and elements of digital receivers. Laboratory exercises provide hands-on experience with circuits and measurement instruments as well as an introduction to communication system simulation.

Pre-Requisites: EE 252 , EGR 214, MTH 212  
Terms Offered: Spring
Repeatable: May not be repeated for credit
Lecture: 3 hours per week
