COM 361 - Feature Writing

The course explores the study of feature articles for newspapers, magazines and specialized publications (online and otherwise). Students will read and write feature stories as they practice research, interviewing and writing techniques, as well as pitching stories to media outlets. Multimedia story telling will also be discussed and utilized as students create their narrative pieces.

Pre-Requisites: COM 260.
