Students will design learning experiences and developeffective leadership strategies that promote motivation for alllearners. Additionally, they will learn verbal encouragementtechniques that motivate by reinforcing student effort andreducing risk and discover how purposeful work and goalachievement can support all types of learners.ED 541 through ED 561, ED 5020, ED 5024, and ED5401-5405 were developed by educators at PLS 3rd Learning.The coursework is tightly structured, utilizing programmedlearning with integrated audio-visual materials. Studentsconduct research in their own classrooms and report regularlyon their success in employing strategies taught.
