EGM 544 - Emerging Technologies

This course aims to develop students’ skills in monitoring emerging new technologies, innovation forecast and technology assessment, with an introduction of data mining tools and exploration of emerging technologies. Students will study new developments in emerging technologies, how to track pertinent developments, and discover what is going on in the research world. The course focuses on developing the capability to be a technology manager and a critical well-informed consumer of such technology.
