This course equips experienced and beginner educatorswith the essential knowledge and skills necessary tofoster an emotionally engaging classroom. The selectedstrategies participants will learn and practice are designed toimprove teacher expertise in five specific areas: leadership,communication and listening, positive thinking, studentsupport, and team building.ED 541 through ED 561 , ED 5020 , ED 5024 , and ED5401-5405 were developed by educators at PLS 3rd Learning.The coursework is tightly structured, utilizing programmedlearning with integrated audio-visual materials. Studentsconduct research in their own classrooms and report regularlyon their success in employing strategies taught.
