EGM 525 - Project Analysis

A study of critical issues in the management of engineering projects including proposal development, mobilization, scope change, completion and termination. Performance metrics are considered in planning and tracking project cost, schedule, and resource requirements with CPM/PERT algorithms. Case discussions and a term project are included in the course. Required of all students.
