PHA 505 - Pharmacy Law

Credits: 2

The study of federal and state statutes, regulations, and court decisions, which control the practice of pharmacy and drug distribution. Civil liability in pharmacy practice and elements of business and contract law will be covered.

Lecture: 2 hours per week
Requirements: P3 standing.
